Terms and Conditions for Almaso.in

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Almaso.in Google Sheets add-on (“Add-On”), including its sidebar interface for digital marketing reporting. By installing or using the Add-On, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Add-On. “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Almaso.in, and “you” refers to the user.

2. License and Use

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-On for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• You may use the Add-On only with Google Sheets and must comply with Google’s Terms of Service and API policies.

• You may not:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Add-On.

  • Use the Add-On for illegal purposes or to harm others.

  • Interfere with the Add-On’s functionality or security.

3. Google Account and Permissions

• The Add-On requires authorization to access your Google Account and Google Sheets data via OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account.

• You grant the Add-On permission to access, read, or modify Sheets data as necessary for its functionality (e.g., [describe specific actions]). These permissions are detailed during installation.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data entered through the sidebar or processed by the Add-On.

• You must not use the Add-On to process sensitive data (e.g., personal health information) unless explicitly supported and disclosed.

• You agree to comply with applicable laws, including data protection regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Add-On, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Almaso.in and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You retain ownership of data you enter or process through the Add-On. We do not claim ownership of your spreadsheet content.

   

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Add-On is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almaso.in is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Add-On, including data loss or business interruptions.

• You agree to indemnify and hold Almaso.in harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Add-On or breach of these Terms.

   

7. Termination

• You may stop using the Add-On at any time by uninstalling it from Google Sheets.

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Add-On if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

• Upon termination, you must cease using the Add-On, and we may delete any stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Add-On or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via email or within the Add-On. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India.
