Welcome to Almaso Data Hub ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Almaso Data Hub service (the "Service"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. 1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Service includes:

a. Personal Data:
When you register for our Service or contact us, we may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and company name.

b. Derivative Data (Usage Data):
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Service. If you are using our application, this could also include your device name and type, operating system, phone number, country, likes and replies to a post, and other interactions with the application and other users via server log files. (Note: Tailor this based on actual data logged by your Flask app).

c. Financial Data:
We may collect financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

d. Data from Social Networks and Ad Platforms (Third-Party Services):
Almaso Data Hub is designed to connect to third-party services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook Ads), AppsFlyer, and Google (for Gmail and Google Sheets/Drive). To provide the Service, we require you to authenticate and grant us permissions to access these platforms on your behalf.
- API Tokens and Authentication Credentials: When you connect a third-party platform, we will securely store the necessary API access tokens, refresh tokens, account IDs, and other authentication credentials required to access your data on these platforms as authorized by you.
- Data from Platforms: Based on the reports you configure, we will access data from your connected ad platforms and email accounts. This data may include campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, etc.), ad creatives, account information, email metadata, and attachment contents (if specified by you for the Email Attachment connector). This data is processed solely to deliver it to your designated Google Sheets.

e. Data Stored in Google Sheets:
The primary function of our Service is to transfer data from your connected platforms into your Google Sheets. We do not claim ownership of the data once it resides in your Google Sheets. Your use of Google Sheets is governed by Google's terms of service and privacy policy.

2. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Service to:

a. Create and manage your account.
b. Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
c. Process your transactions and send you related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices.
d. Improve, personalize, and expand our Service.
e. Understand and analyze how you use our Service.
f. Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the Service, and for marketing and promotional purposes (with your consent, where required).

We do not share your Personal Data or the data fetched from your connected platforms with third parties except in the specific circumstances described below:

a. With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.
b. Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work (e.g., payment processing, data hosting, customer support). These service providers are obligated to protect your data and are not permitted to use your personal information for any other purpose.
c. By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

We **do not sell** your Personal Data or the data retrieved from your connected ad platforms or email. The data fetched from third-party platforms is processed only to be delivered to your specified Google Sheets.

4. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information and the API tokens/credentials you entrust to us. This includes:
- Secure storage of API tokens and credentials (e.g., encryption at rest and in transit where appropriate).
- Limiting access to this sensitive data to authorized personnel only.
- Regular security assessments.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.

5. DATA RETENTION

We will retain your personal information and stored API credentials only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you Services. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Data fetched from your ad platforms is transiently processed and not stored by us long-term, other than what is necessary for the operation of the service (e.g., logs, cached report configurations). The primary storage of your marketing data is your own Google Sheets.

6. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
- The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or complete information you believe is incomplete.

- The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Service relies on connections to third-party platforms (Google, Meta/Facebook, AppsFlyer). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, nor does it apply to any third-party websites or services to which the Service links or connects (like Google Sheets itself). We are not responsible for the actions and privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
